Yes, you can pickup your new camper from:
1. the factory
2. a nearby store
When you come to pickup, allow up to 2 hours. Our team will demonstrate the entire camper and check your vehicle hitch setup. It’s a great time to ask any questions you may have. We want you to feel comfortable before you depart with your new VIDA.
Delivery
Yes, we can ship your new camper directly to you, anywhere in the United States and Canada. VIDA is setup with multiple carriers that will handle your new camper with care – no matter how far! When it comes to logistics, we have experience for a worry-free delivery.
FAQ about Pickup & Delivery
Yes. There is additional fees associated with delivery. The cost depends on trailer model, location and customs border crossing.
If you’re in the United States and receive delivery of your new VIDA camper, you will require a 7501 original “stamped” customs document along with a copy of the Bill of Sale and NVIS (New Vehicle Information Statement). We will send all documents directly to your home address after the camper has crossed the border. Once you have received all documents, take them to your local DMV office to register the camper. If you need new trailer plates, your local DMV office will be able to provide new plates.
No. All you need to bring on pickup day are questions you may have. All payments will have been completed prior. All license and registrations will be completed by VIDA.
You’ll need to ensure your vehicle has the matching electrical connector whether it is a flat-4 or round RV 7-way (electric brakes). We do recommended a chargeline is installed on the tow vehicle for all 7-way connectors. The chargeline will allow your trailer battery to receive a charge from the tow vehicle. For hitch ball and mount sizes, please refer to each model specification list to determine the hitch ball and hitch coupler height. Once the size and height has been determined, make sure you have the correct ball mount drop or rise. The objective is to ensure the trailer rides level with the tow vehicle.
